To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account using a valid email address or a third-party sign-in provider such as Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity carried out through your account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.

Ninuli offers a premium subscription tier ("Ninuli Pro") that unlocks additional features and capacity. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and are processed securely and entirely by your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscriptions by navigating to your device's app store account settings. Ninuli cannot cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf.
• If your subscription expires, you will retain access to your previously created local data, but access to premium features or capacity limits will revert to the free tier.

Ninuli is designed as a local-first application to maximize your privacy.

We are not liable for lost, corrupted, or irrecoverable local data.

• Your user-generated content, app states, study materials, and specific configurations are primarily stored securely on your device.
• If you utilize the optional Zero-Knowledge Cloud Backup feature, your data is encrypted using a Vault Password that only you know.
• WE CANNOT RECOVER YOUR VAULT PASSWORD. If you lose this password, your encrypted cloud backups cannot be restored.
• If you lose your device, reset it, uninstall the Application, or otherwise remove local storage without a valid backup, your data may be permanently lost.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups through any export or cloud sync features the app provides.

The Application uses a secure on-device artificial intelligence model to help generate text and study materials.

• AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading output.
• You are responsible for independently verifying any factual, educational, medical, legal, financial, or other important information generated by the Service.
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated output for your intended use.

The Service and its original content, excluding user-generated content and content generated locally from your own inputs, remain the property of Ninuli and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in your jurisdiction and internationally.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable national, local, or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or extract the source code of the Application, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• To misuse embedded models, app logic, or system behavior in a way that harms the Service or other users.
• To generate, store, or distribute malicious code, unlawful content, or material that infringes the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ninuli and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages related to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device issues, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI output.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content, account, or transmissions.
• Any local data loss on your device.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
